# Detail Panel

Click any workflow card to open the detail panel on the right. It shows the workflow's name, status, object type, enrollment count, and the date it was last modified in HubSpot. Click outside the panel, or click the same workflow again, to close it.

## Triggers

The Triggers section shows what causes a record to enroll, read from HubSpot and formatted into plain language. Examples:

* A contact property equals a specific value
* A contact is a member of a named list
* A form was submitted
* A deal stage changed to a specific value
* A date-based condition was met

If a workflow has multiple triggers, all are listed. If none are configured, it's flagged as a health issue.

## Actions

The Actions section shows every step in order, described in plain language rather than raw API identifiers: property updates, email sends, delays, branching conditions, enrollments into other workflows, task creation, notifications, and more. Delays show in human-readable units, and branches show the conditions evaluated and the paths a record can take.

## Enrollment events

The panel shows how many records the workflow has actually enrolled in the last 30 days, across whatever object it runs on.

<Note>
  A workflow can be active and still enroll no one. Enrollment counts tell you the difference between what's running and what's actually doing something, so you know what to cut, fix, or leave alone.
</Note>

## Upstream and downstream connections

At the bottom of the panel, Howly surfaces what connects to the workflow you're viewing:

* **Upstream** — workflows that feed records into this one.
* **Downstream** — workflows this one feeds records into.

Each connection names the mechanism: the list, the property and value, or the direct enrollment action. Click any connected workflow to jump to its detail panel. A workflow with no connections shows a green dot instead of purple and is flagged as an orphan in the Health Checker.

## Before you deactivate

If you're thinking about turning a workflow off, review the downstream section first to see what depends on it. Deactivating a workflow that feeds others can break enrollment chains and trigger the Broken Enrollments flag in the Health Checker.
