# Prompt Library

> Ready-to-paste prompts for querying your HubSpot portal through Howly.

Copy any of these into a chat where the Howly MCP is connected. They map to the four read-only tools, so your assistant pulls live data from your portal to answer.

## Portal health and priorities

* "What's my HubSpot portal health score right now, and what are my biggest problems?"
* "Give me a prioritized to-do list of everything I should fix in my workflows this week."
* "How many of my workflows have critical issues, and which ones?"
* "Summarize the state of this portal in one short paragraph I can send to a client."

## Broken and risky workflows

* "Which workflows are broken and enrolling contacts into deleted or inactive workflows?"
* "Are any workflows setting the same property to the same value? Find my redundant logic."
* "Which workflows are part of circular dependencies?"
* "Show me every active workflow that hasn't been updated in six months."

## Inventory and clean-up

* "List all my inactive contact workflows."
* "Which workflows have no actions configured?"
* "Find workflows with similar names that might be duplicates."
* "Build me a cleanup plan from the current issues, ordered by severity, with the workflows involved."

## Single-workflow deep dives

* "Walk me through what the Lead Nurture Sequence does, step by step."
* "What triggers the MQL Handoff workflow, and what does it change?"
* "Does anything depend on the Customer Welcome workflow? What would break if I turned it off?"

## Reporting and handoff

* "Write a short portal-health summary for a client, in plain English, grouped by severity."
* "Draft the 'what we found' section of an audit, based on the current issues."
* "What should I tell the client to prioritize, and why?"

<Note>
All of these are read-only. Claude returns findings and links the workflows. The fixes happen in HubSpot.
